Come stay in our newly updated 3 bedroom/3 bath Single family house right in the heart of Harbour Town. We are situated right on the fairway of the 2nd hole of the Harbour Town Golf Links - home of the prestige RBC Heritage golf tournament. Watch the players golf by with their caddies. Listen to them hitting the ball and watch the ball go down the fairway. Watch from our deck and just added bench seats along the deck rails to have the perfect view from anywhere on the deck!

We are just a 3 minute drive or a 13 minute walk to Harbour Town (.7 mile). The Harbour Town pool is .5 miles away. The beach is 2.5 miles away. There are 3 different trollies at The Shops at Sea Pines Center which will take you to Harbour Town, South Beach or Beach Club/Pool. The air conditioned trolley stop is a 5 minute walk, using a path. Or, you can stay at The Shops of Sea Pines Center and enjoy the many restaurants, ice cream shop and other shops. Just minutes away.

The house is one floor living. Perfect for guests that need minimal steps. There are 4 steps to the front door and once inside there are three more steps to the main level. After that, one floor living. Enter into the foyer and be greeted with a wall of shiplap with 11 hooks to hang things on. Hang your purses, sweaters, coats, hats, leash, etc. Perfect for walking in and when you leave the house.

First you have the master bedroom with a full bathroom. The master bedroom is very spacious with a KING sized bed, an antique desk and a loveseat. There is a large spacious closet. The bathroom is also spacious with a Roman entrance into the shower.

The second bed has a brand new twin bunk bed and mattresses as well as a brand new hybrid QUEEN mattress on a platform. It has a full bathroom with two entrances. One from the bedroom and another entrance from the hallway.

The third bedroom has two brand new hybrid QUEEN bed mattresses on platforms. It also has a full bath with a bathtub.

After the bedrooms comes the living area. The kitchen has a brand new dishwasher, oven/airfryer with stove, microwave and refrigerator. We changed the countertops to Cambria Quartz and have a butcher block on the island. Washer and dryer are in the kitchen. Go outside the kitchen door and bbq on the grill. Kitchen has a cutout window to the dining room, separated by a 3 stool counter, and a cutout window to the living room. Enjoy the spectacular view of the golf course from the kitchen, dining room and living room. Huge windows to see the golfers and caddies.

Sit on the two great leather recliner chairs and watch tv on the new 65” Smart TV, with Roku. Or, just sit and watch the electric fireplace with different colors and realistic sound of firewood crackling.

Walk outside from the dining room through the double French doors and walk onto the newly sanded and painted oversized deck with new patio furniture and built in bench seats for spectacular views of the golf course from all angles. There is a bbq grill to cook as you watch. Enjoy your nightcap on the deck as you catch a glimpse of the sunset. In the distance, down the fairway, you can see the Harbour Town Lighthouse.

Outside also offers a detached garage, a courtyard area, a porch and an exit from the deck to the garage and courtyard. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac with low traffic.

The house has central air and heat pump throughout. There are ceiling fans with lights in all the bedrooms, in the living room and the kitchen. There are plantation shutters in all three bedrooms. Brand new quilts and pillows for the KING and three QUEEN beds.

There are brand new Smart TVs with Roku in all three bedrooms and a 65” over the fireplace.

Sea Pines is a gated community with so much to see and enjoy. There are the beaches, the beautiful bike paths, the shops, the restaurants, the boat excursions, the lighthouse, the marina, etc.

For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
