Question: What time is check-in and check-out in Hilton Head, SC?
Answer: Checkin:  4:00 PM       Checkout:  10:00 AM
Question: Will there be an additional charge for house cleaning after the rental?
Answer: No, it is already included in the rate
Question: Are Linen and Towels included in the price of the rental?
Answer: Yes, they will be provided at no extra charge
Question: Who should we call if we have an issue or question?
Answer: If it is an Emergency, call 911, otherwise call Claudia - 201-214-1582  or  Jim - 201-820-5972
Question: What should we do if we misplaced or never received the Schlage combination for the front door?
Answer: Call Claudia or Jim
Question: What should we do if the BBQ igniter button does not light the flame?
Answer: Use a match or lighter to ignite the flame
Question: What should we do if the BBQ Gas Tank runs out? 
Answer: SC, go to local gas station or supermarket to exchange tank - in both cases, you will be reimbursed by Claudia
Question: What should we do if the WIFI network is not working?
Answer: Try unplugging the modem / router to power off and reset, wait 30 seconds and then plug back in to power up again
Question: Are you Pet Friendly?
Answer: Yes, but only for dogs that are neutered / spayed, are 1 year in age or above and are house trained to go outside
Question: Does the home have Central Air Conditioning?
Answer: Yes
Question: Does the home have a dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave?
Answer: Yes to all
Question: Does the home have a washer and dryer?
Answer: Yes and both are full size
Question: Does the home have a DVR for Recording TV Shows?
Answer: Yes
